The stay was quite interesting! I had a chance to explore Central Park, which was just a short distance away and perfect for the kids to run around. The room was clean and comfortable, which helped make our time more enjoyable. It was amusing to hear some of the loud activities from other guests, but it added a quirky element to our adventure. Overall, the value for our time there was solid, and I appreciated the quick access to a lot of attractions nearby.

after so much anticipation, I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes just to meet a staff member, absurd! then, upon checking out, I expected some compensation for my troubles, at least a welcome gift, or a room upgrade, but nothing. clean rooms, if you ignore the dark stains. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Positive, I had a great stay in a Queen Room for 9 nights. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a fridge. The subway station right across the road made getting around really easy, even at night. Plus, they took care of my luggage free of charge when I left! 😊

The room felt grimy with marks on the walls resembling something unsightly—could definitely use a proper paint job. The lack of basic cleanliness left a lot to be desired. no sheet between the bed and the comforter felt unhygienic. Additionally, a long wait to reach someone at reception was frustrating. it took an hour for someone to show up when we needed assistance.
